This is a terrible accident but i hope some people learn from this accidents happen but this could have been prevented. Its a tool that i hopefully will never have to use but for 5 or 10 dollars you can get a tool that is designed to break a window with a single strike and it has a razor blade on it to cut seatbelts. What a lot of people dont know is if you do some how end up in a lake, pond or whatever you have to remeber a majority of all cars their windows are electric and once the water hits them they either dont work at all or take much longer than it would usually to open the window.

How very sad. You know, when you think of three girls together, that it will have a happy ending, just for the fact of teamwork.....the families are in my thoughts and prayers.
