Here in India also if we have an insurance, medication becomes much easier.

All of the bills are paid without much hassle.

Not only in France, but in Mexico, and in many other countries, richer or poorer.
Yes, maybe we dont have the latest medical technology, but at least we can sleep at night, not worring about having the money for something as simple as an apendix operation.
Do you know that Rwanda-yes the ones with the genocide catastrophe- have universal medical cover?
